I have started this blog to document my transition from boring, overly processed foods to the vibrant world of fresh and beautifully grown produce. I’ve always been attracted to the vegan lifestyle, as there are such creative ways to make similar ‘mainstream’ foods out of nuts, seeds, grains, fruit and veg, but thought that it was too difficult and time consuming to master.
And, OH! was I wrong! Eating delicious animal free foods IS simple and easy.
Along with eating clean, I am drawn to natural cleaning/body products and anything Zen-like and Buddha related. Naturally, right? Ha ha.

NB: Although I am fascinated by vegan food, products and lifestyle, I am dedicating this blog to delicious, healthy and nutritious foods in general. So from time to time, I will still feature foods containing animal products however will make more cautious and considerate decisions when purchasing and consuming!
