I have started this blog to document my transition from boring, overly processed foods to the vibrant world of fresh and beautifully grown produce. I’ve always been attracted to the vegan lifestyle, as there are such creative ways to make similar ‘mainstream’ foods out of nuts, seeds, grains, fruit and veg, but thought that it was too difficult and time consuming to master.
And, OH! was I wrong! Eating delicious animal free foods IS simple and easy.

Along with eating clean, I am drawn to natural cleaning/body products and anything Zen-like and Buddha related.  Naturally, right? Ha ha.

Join me throughout my journey from grey foods to GREAT foods!

NB: Although I am fascinated by vegan food, products and lifestyle, I am dedicating this blog to delicious, healthy and nutritious foods in general. So from time to time, I will still feature foods containing animal products however will make more cautious and considerate decisions when purchasing and consuming!

      It has been much easier than I thought to change over to vegan/clean eating, although, there are still a few temptations here and there!

      My advice to you is: stick with it. The benefits you will notice once you eat more fresh, unprocessed foods is just incredible. I feel like I’ve cured my fatigue by eating better, like foods in their most natural state. It’s pretty astounding how food can heal 🙂

  4. You’ve pretty much summed me up! I got rid of processed toxic foods and now live an only organic/non-GMO lifestyle. I too am drawn to the vegan lifestyle, but I don’t live that way at this time. Who knows what the future brings, but for now I eat vegetarian for about half the week and I do eat organic poultry/fish on the other days. Your blog looks great!     • Hi there! thank you for your kind message. It is incredible how our lives change once we change what we eat. We have more energy, we are happier, we become more confident in all aspects of life… its just great! I find it difficult sometimes to stick to vegan eating and make sure not to be too hard on myself if I slip up here and there. Food is to be enjoyed, right? hehe.
