Soaked Spelt Flakes w/ Persimmon, Goji, Almonds and Chocolate Chips!

Something simple for this morning’s post SPIN workout!

What’s in the bowl:
* buckwheat seeds
* hempseeds
* goji berries
* 1/2 cup spelt flakes
* 1/2 unsweetened almond milk
* little drizzle of maple syrup or sweetener of choice (you can also omit this if you like!)
* almonds
* a few chocolate chippies
* a few slices of persimmon – tastes like a very mild mango but the texture of a tomato

Let it soak together for about 5 minutes and you’ve got yourself a mighty little bowl, here!
